With over 40 years of experience and hundreds of satisfied customers, it’s Brien’s goal to communicate expectations, offer friendly service that responds in a timely manner to messages left and to be patient and persistent in repairing your mechanical and battery operated clocks.

Over the years we have had customers who had previously been told their timepiece is “unrepairable.” I take pride in repairing the “unrepairable” clock, and I love the look of joy on a customer’s face when it is returned to them in working order.

Services range from minor adjustments to routine maintenance like cleaning and lubrication as well as complete mechanical service including, pivot and bearing work, machine work and custom part fabrication. Aesthetic restoration services include dial restoration, case work repair and refinishing, and custom glass replacement.

A properly repaired and restored timepiece is a point of pride, may be a status symbol and is often a sentimental reminder of a loved one. Every timepiece that we restore leaves the shop ready to keep time, and if so equipped, chime beautifully and strike the hours.

We invite you to bring your clock in for an initial assessment. We have two locations to serve you. The main shop is located at 925 Northland Dr, Rockford, MI. Open hours are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10a to 6p and may be reached at 616-863-8463. Our second location for pickup/dropoff only, is located at 300 N. Clipper St. Ste 1, Lansing, MI in the Frandor Shopping Center.
